Breathe Awe Into Your Body

This hour-long, free, zoom workshop offers a taste of my ongoing Women’s Mastermind Group, called the FierceOver50 Gathering.
Together, we learn how to experience life not from a place of struggle, but from an experience of body-centered feeling. When you learn to get out of your ever-thinking head and feel emotions in your body, you can welcome the power to design the next 50 years of your life to feel exactly how you want it to feel: joy, love, hope, ecstatic relationships, grounded, centered, and, yes, full of awe.

You have been archiving stress in your body for decades: sitting, running, eating, shopping, unwinding pain, letting go of thoughts you don’t need, hunching over a computer, and so many more stress-building activities.
What would it be like to feel deep, dream-like rest in your body?
What would it feel like to own feelings of awe on the regular?
What would it be like to feel open, free, safe, and loved?

That is the curriculum of the FierceOver50 Gathering and in this workshop, you will get a delicious morsel of the practices we use on a weekly basis to shift our relationships with our bodies and our lives.
