So often women come to my sessions thinking that they need to stretch their necks, but the little-known truth is that our necks our weak from curling forward over our computers and devices. Similarly, our backs have become weak from this habitual, forward-collapsing posture. The breath techniques you learned earlier now become an extraordinary self-massage tool as you wake up your body’s fascia. Please let me know how you feel after this unusual session.
Session 3 - Revitalize Your Neck and Shoulders With this Whole Body Practice

As exhausted achievers, we often don’t feel our neck and shoulders until they are screaming at us.
